Questions about Gudauri

I am going to visit Gudauri next year and I am writing to you with request if you can share with me some informations about
conditions and Hotel Prices ?
I would like to know :
-What was the "snow depth" and weather like in february
-Is there any problem with wind and snow in February , March at Gudauri in comparison to the past?
-What are the accomodation ,daily skipass and food( sample ) prices
-Can you recommend me any hotel , cottage or apartment ?
-Is there any place where I can rent Freeride skis in Guadauri ?
I apologise for such accurate questions but I would like to have everything planned

I can say from my experience that the best time to come is the end of January/ beginning of February. Normally there should be enough snow by then. Coming later, end of February and March means the sun is getting stronger and the snow conditions worse: icy in the morning and fluffy at the end of the day.

Is there a closed gondola cabin in Gudauri? In some maps there is, in some - not, does anybody know exactly?
